MY Residence Cancellation and Refund Policy

EZLIVING SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. (Company No. 1287803-P) (“EZLIVING SOLUTIONS”, “we”, “our” or “us”) owns the website my-residence.my (“Website”) and “My Residence” mobile applications (“App”). We provide website features and products and services when you visit or access our Website and App (collectively “Services”). By using the Services, you are deemed to have agreed to our Cancellation and Refund Policy set out here. Where applicable, you will be subject to additional clause when you use a specific Service provided by us. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to our Cancellation and Refund Policy, you may not use our Services. We may vary, amend, modify or revise the clauses from time to time. If we revise the Terms and Conditions, such changes will be effective when they are posted on our Website or App. Your continued use of our Services following such revision constitutes your acceptance to the revised clauses.

1.0 Deployment Fee Payment

EzLiving Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1287803-P) will issue refunds for the deployment fee payment if customer requested to cancel the MY Residence Service within the first 60 days of the free trial period. This does not apply to monthly subscriptions.

To request a refund, customer shall submit an official written document with the service cancellation reasons to EzLiving Solutions Sdn. Bhd. by emailing to: contact@ezliving-solutions.com

The tablet and any hardware provided will be collected back in good condition by EzLiving Solutions Sdn. Bhd., customers will be liable for the cost of any damage on the hardware that EzLiving Solutions Sdn. Bhd. provided.

 

Once EzLiving Solutions Sdn. Bhd. had ensuring the returned hardware is collected back, Customers will receive an email from EzLiving Solutions Sdn. Bhd. confirming that their subscription to the MY Residence Service has been cancelled with attachment of Refund related documents.

2.0 Monthly Subscription Fee Payment

EzLiving Solutions Sdn. Bhd. will not issue refunds for Subscription Fee payments once the MY Residence Service Agreement or MY Residence Renewal Agreement had been signed.

To stop the subscription, customer shall submit an official written document with the service cancellation reasons to EzLiving Solutions Sdn. Bhd. 1 month before your Subscription Period ended by emailing to: contact@ezliving-solutions.com

Customers will receive an email from EzLiving Solutions Sdn. Bhd. confirming that their subscription to the MY Residence Service has been cancelled.

3.0 Subscription Downgrading

With regards to downgrades on a subscription, EzLiving Solutions Sdn. Bhd. does not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service.

4.0 Rental Fee, Maintenance Fee & Sinking Fund 

1. All rental fee, maintenance fee and sinking fund paid are non-refundable and any refund is solely at discretion by JMB/MC or Management Company respectively.

2. In the event EzLiving Solutions receive the request to refund from the resident, we will contact JMB/MC or Respective Parties for such refund request.

Important: EzLiving Solutions Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to refuse/cancel a subscription to any of the MY Residence Services bought from www.ezliving-solutions.com
